With a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management and a Master’s in Business Administration, her career began in HR—an ideal fit for her genuine love of people. But behind the scenes, a camera was never far from her hands. From her first Kodak instant camera to today’s collection of three Sony cameras, multiple lenses, and even a drone, her journey behind the lens has been one of constant evolution.

Creativity runs deep in Susane’s family. Her late great-uncle, Alfred Barr, Jr., was the first curator of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, and her grandmother, an oil painter, taught her the magic of using light to bring art to life. Those early influences still inspire the way Susane captures moments today.
